If you have selected Booking Protect, have paid the Booking Protect fee and you have a valid claim under this product (see Booking Protect validity) then your first contact should be a claim through Booking Protect (www.bookingprotect.com/refund), otherwise:
Refunds of 100% of the fees paid (less any Booking Protect fee and a £50 administration fee) will be returned if the reservation is cancelled NO LATER THAN 60 days prior to midnight on the eve of the first day of the reservation. E.g. if the first day of your stay is 1st of June then you will need to have cancelled the reservation by midnight on Thursday the 2nd of April in order to qualify for the 100% refund (less a £50 administration fee).
Cancellations within 60 days but less than 30 days prior to midnight on the eve of the first day of the reservation will qualify for a 50% refund of fees paid (less any Booking Protect fee and a £100 administration fee).
Cancellations within 30 days prior to midnight on the eve of the first day of the reservation will not qualify for any refund.
We highly recommend that you take out our payment refund guarantee (Booking Protect) for your deposit and any subsequent payments to ensure that you are refunded in full if you are unable to take advantage of your booking for any of the reasons covered by Booking Protect (see Booking Protect documentation available online).
